Salt Meats Cheese is a vibrant new pop up in West Village, and soon to be a permanent restaurant. Part of the family-owned Salt Meats Cheese restaurants, who first launched in Brisbane in 2012, they have rocketed in popularity along the east coast.

Using botanical ingredients and artisan produce, their kitchen specialises in authentic wood-fired pizzas. The menu offers an inclusive range of cured meats, vegetarian classics and plant-based vegan pizzas, and there is even a ‘cheese bbq grill’ coming soon!

Sit down and enjoy small plates of Sardinian olives and Buffalo mozzarella, or share the Laneway cheese plate. For the main event, choose from their traditional toppings, such as the prosciutto, or try the contemporary Vegan additions, like the ‘Eggplant Not-zzarella’.

The botanical cocktail bar serves the finest handmade infusions, made with native Australian herbs and mixed by experts. Be sure to try this superb pop up eatery, located on the lush green laneway of West Village, West End.
