lunch

Tucked inside the historic Winchcombe Carson Woolstores, Sippy Tom brings Teneriffe a relaxed, sociable spot where heritage brickwork meets a modern brunch rhythm. Sunlight glances across cosy nooks, the welcome is warm, and the coffee culture is taken seriously enough to have locals calling it their best-loved morning fix.

The kitchen leans into seasonal freshness and bright flavours, with a rotating brunch menu that rewards repeat visits. Classics arrive with clever twists: Eggs Benny is reimagined on a potato and parmesan hash with a choice of bacon, salmon or halloumi under a silken hollandaise, while the Garden Mojo Bowl layers loop farm greens, edamame, cucumber, avocado, radish and salmon lox for a verdant lift. There is playful comfort too in Avo on Toast, scattered with green sauce, house pesto, whipped feta and soft herbs, and in Chilli Crisp Poachies with crunch, tang and a tear of warm flatbread.

It all suits the easy tempo of a venue built for lingering, yet geared for gatherings. Sippy Tom also hosts intimate functions, with seating for up to 25 or space for 50 standing, plus bespoke catering that ranges from hot and cold canapés to custom-made cakes.

Pop in for a coffee that hits the spot, stay for brunch that keeps getting better, and let the day unfold at Sippy Tom. Go on then, take a sip and settle in.
