The Newmarket Hotel

The menu opens with shareable beginnings, where oysters arrive in various guises - natural with mignonette, Kilpatrick, or crowned with caviar - alongside karaage chicken glossed in honey soy and sesame. Next come pinsas, similar to pizza, with the funghi pinsa layering mushroom, truffle salsa and bocconcini, while the agnello pinsa pairs spiced lamb with yoghurt and sumac onions.

Heartier cravings run from classic to contemporary: Margherita and BBQ meat lover pizzas, a juicy Wagyu cheeseburger or a hearty steak sandwich, through to the grill’s signature grain-fed rump.
