Gino's restaurant never disappoints. We had a fantastic evening with delicious food and brilliant service. Thanks to Eddie and the team for always making Ginos a favourite.

Really enjoyed my first experience at Gino's. Everything I tried was so flavoured and yum... Entree and the two main courses we had were on the larger sizes which is always great, prices are very good for what you get.
Service was great, we didn't have to wait much and everyone seemed very attentive, frindly and helpful. Would definetely recommend for someone looking for great italian food.

Service was great. Now the food how can I explain it. I lived in Melbourne as a kid and as a family we used to eat in Carlton on Lygon street 2 nights a week growing up. This place brought back some great memories of how really good old fashioned Italian food can be. I can't praise this place enough. It's not trying to be fancy just amazing good old fashioned Italian food. Pizzas 10/10. Lasagna the best I've had in many years .

The service was exceptional, they were extremely helpful and patient. Hard to find due to the roadworks but had off-road parking at the back and due to being hidden was still popular as there were a lot of people, including young families (family orientated). The meals were quite large and very flavoursome.

My husband and I had dinner at Gino’s for the first time and had, hands down, the BEST Italian home style food in Brisbane. The staff were lovely, but the chefs are incredible. The atmosphere in Gino’s is lovely - rustic and pleasant; the food was to die for. The portions were generous, the sauces were perfection, the meat super good quality, and the oven baked options were heavenly. Everything was warm, hearty, rich, creamy and just beyond delicious. We will be going back over and over to try everything on the menu. Thank you Gino’s for such a perfect food experience.

Really enjoyed our meals, we had the lasagne and cannelloni. Garlic bread to start was fresh and tasty; not oily or greasy. Not a super strong garlic taste, but very nice. At first look the mains seemed to be a bit small, but by then end we were stuffed! Well, we did find room to share a lovely caramello dessert, and my partner said his macchiatto was excellent. Any gripes? If you like that really strong Italiany garlic, basil, tomatoey smack of flavour, it might be a bit subtle for you. I personally don't, so thoroughly enjoyed my meal. There seemed to be plenty of locals coming in for take away, so that is always a good recommendation. We will definately return. Oh, and the waiter we had was very attentive and pleasant.

I was expecting a small restaurant with a couple of staff and good Italian food. The restaurant is a hive of activity and the staff were amazing! So attentive and I could see the attentiveness given to everyone who entered. Food was delicious. Well done and Thank You.

The service and food were wonderful. Our daughter ordered the closed pizza which was enormous and delicious. Carbonara and the cannelloni were both really tasty.

Food & service were fine.
We were happy to support this restaurant through the disruption of roadworks on Kingsford Smith Drive.

I had an evening with my sons and 2 of us had Fresh Oysters, which were divine.

The service by the young man was great, he was attentive and a nice personality. There was a young girl that was shy and needed some guidance, especially about leaning across someone plate who has not finished to reach another plate and not taking plates until everyone is finished!

Two of us have the baked Barramundi which was ok but the salad was bland and boring and the plate did not look very exciting. The chips could have had a bit more crunch.

We also had a plate of butterfly prawns that were tasty but a bit overcooked. Lastly, there was a serve of pizza and chips and no complaint there.

We felt comfortable in the ambiance and enjoyed the evening all the same.

As always, the dining experience at Gino's was fabulous. We regularly get takeaway pizza but don't eat in very often. It was (as usual) a fantastic meal and we love the home-style atmosphere.

We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was surprisingly busy however staff handled this well and we received excellent service. The meal sizes are very generous and the dishes were flavoursome. Another big plus is that the restaurant is BYO.

It was our first time there. We had a most enjoyable night, the children ate till they were full, the pizza had a lovely light crust and the pasta was so creamy. Make sure to try a salad, fresh, crisp and delicious sauce. We ate till we were full and tried each other’s dishes as they were all amazing. Lovely red wine and yummy hot chocolates for the kids. Wow!

From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted cheerfully by our waiter who for the remainder of our visit was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The food was beautiful and the serves were huge. We had a wonderful family dinner and went home very happy.

Took the kids to Gino's. We had a fantastic family dinner. What can go wrong? Traditional Italian food. Tasty. Generous serves. Lovely young man waiting on us. Parking behind. Thanks Gino's. We are making it a regular.

Service was friendly and prompt, food was tasty, the garlic pizza bread we had first was delicious, the meals were large and gard to finish, the spaghetti marinara was the favourite of the night and the chicken catatori was the least favourite...too saucy needs some pasta to be served with it.
