CHÀO MỪNG (welcome)!

The best restaurant for authentic Vietnamese street food in Manly.

The décor at Little Viet Kitchen is stylish. An array of chandeliers light the eclectic and atmospheric interior. Dark wooden tables and chairs stretch from the main dining area to an al fresco eating space, with oriental red cushions adding splashes of colour.

The Little Viet Kitchen philosophy is all about marrying that perfect trio of salty, sweet and sour flavours. You’ll want to bring a group and enjoy some snacks together prior to your meal from the venue’s share-plate menu, with enticing dishes such as duck pancakes and rice paper rolls to choose from. These go perfectly with a beer, wine or cocktail from the venue’s well-thought-out drinks list.

The mains at this venue do not disappoint. Curries, clay pots, and crispy chicken are just some of the choices available. If you’re after that winning Vietnamese experience, it’s hard to go past the Pho, featuring fresh rice noodles cooked in a 24-hour broth.

We chose to eat outside-covered , as it was a lovely warm evening. We had not been here before and we looked forward to trying so many things! We had dumplings, satay chicken skewers, pork skewers and spring rolls-which were my favourite , out of the appetisers. For mains , we enjoyed salmon clay pot (with shoot salad and rice) , Buddha bowl-lemongrass beef (limited serve of beef) and the beef pancake. The wait staff explained very well, the use of the different sauces left on the table, which are to be used to flavour your meal, to your liking. Staff were helpful, welcoming and attentive. We look forward to coming here again to try more dishes -thank you!

Nice friendly little restaurant in a fabulous location for people watching. Huge menu and great prices. Easy to find, parking station a 1 min walk away (2 hours free), and opposite the wharf.

Fantastic service and delicious food. The kids loved the dumplings and the mushroom pho was great.
