We have created a menu that focuses on each individual ingredient, how it is used on the plate and how it enhances the dish. On each dish you will see providence and the reflection of the seasons through the vibrancy of the ingredients used.

Chefs Phil & Gav's menu, specially created for Chill, is created with locally sourced, seasonal produce. Enjoy the bounty of this region in dishes like grilled salmon and shaved fennel citrus salad, slow braised beef cheek and pan-fried potato gnocchi with asparagus and sage. Enjoy meats from the Great Southern steak grange cooked on Chill’s grill and served with your choice of sauce or marinade. The steak is traceable, free range and 100% grass fed, sourced from British breeds such as Angus and Hereford. The result is perfectly marbled meat with a juicy and tender texture.

To finish, indulge in a simple and elegant dessert or cheese platter. Chill also offers a great range of beverages to perfectly match your meal.

Great experience at Chill. The service was great - very friendly and attentive waitress without being too attentive, which is how it should be. Our food was excellent - the kangaroo was tasty. The restaurant itself has a nice feel about it - we appreciated the spot next to the window. Thank you for a great night!

I was very impressed with our dining experience. The staff are all very polite and professional with close attention to detail. The floor manager was very hands on which was a nice change from other restaurants I have visited where all they seem do is dictate. The setting is ambient and sophisticated without being pompous. I also appreciated that the kitchen is open too. We will definitely recommend and return.

Quiet and cosy ambiance. The dessert was the highlight of my three courses (best creme brulee). Kids menu had good options and was reasonably priced. Overall really good dining experience

The food itself was amazing. What brought the score down is the lack of attentiveness and service overall. In addition the lighting is quite dark making it hard to read the menus.

The waiters in general appear to be more interested in talking with each other than serving, and it made it hard to grab their attention for drink orders and for the dessert menu. The amount of time between requesting the dessert menu and receiving their attention once more was disappointing, especially when it was made quite clear that coffee order is being requested. When the restaurant was booked I received an email from them stating “thanks for booking” via another application, for 30% off.
Lastly to have to inform the venue 3 times of the First Table offer and the long wait times in between requesting the bill, having them adjust it, and acknowledge the correct bill created another black mark for service.

Definitely room for improvement. Food was delicious.

As we walked in, there must have been a wedding function going in or ending so it was pretty lively but the venue looked very good and had great ambience.
We ordered the scallops and calamari for entree. The scallops were very nicely seared and the calamari nicely seasoned.
Halfway through we noticed the chef cutting fresh sprouts from a pot which gave the it a nice fresh taste and crunch. Highly amusing as well as it was done at the pass.
For mains, we had ordered the lamb and gnocchi. The lamb was done in a different way than what you would normally receive it. It looked like a roast but with a very crispy outside - very mouth watering. The pan seared gnocchi is a double thumbs up as we have ordered pan seared gnocchi before where it looks like it comes out of boiling pot and covered in sauce. This came out with the nice pan burn and ever so flavorsome.
Would highly recommend.

We had a really lovely night out with our two young daughters. One ordered the kids meal and one ordered the salted calamari. Both were suitably impressed with their meals (especially the one who received a massive bowl of icecream at the end of her meal!)
We started our meal with the saganaki and the scallops to share. Three scallops to share wasn't ideal for a family of four, it would have been nice to know upon ordering.
We couldn't fault our barramundi or beef brisket however, I wouldn't recommend the barramundi for a date night.. My family found my squid ink smile hilarious!
The coffee brulee was stunning and a perfect end to the meal.
Service was exceptional. Our waitress was in training and I have no doubt she nailed it.

The restaurant was a great space. Service was fantastic, just a hiccup, but handled well. We really enjoyed our meals and selection on menu. Good choice of wines at reasonable prices. The family enjoyed their dining experience at Chill!
