Enjoy an explosion of flavour at this colourful tex-mex cantina!

Viva Mexico is Croydon's hottest Tex Mex joint, offering a medley of tequila cocktails, enchiladas, burritos, tacos, fajitas and burgers to devour. Viva Mexico offer a gluten-free menu and plenty of vegetarian dishes to tempt your tastebuds. This family-friendly restaurant caters to all dietary needs.

Overloading their dishes with sizzling Australian meats and delicious veggies, Viva Mexico uses Mexican cooking methods and imported spices to create recipes that zing with flavour. Plus they offer a dazzling array of margaritas, local wines, craft ales and (of course) the cuervo tequila! Promising a lively evening of vibrant food and good times, Viva Mexico is the cantina to beat.

Had a great meal at Viva Mexico, and tried out many of their dishes.
The Jalapeno Poppers were very spicy, but really delicious. Wish there were more on the plate.
The Prawn Fajita was very nice as well, but lacking in quantity.
The Huevos Enchilada was superb. Definitely recommend others to try it.
We also had one of their burgers, but to be honest it was a bit odd. Not bad, but just didn't feel very mexican.
For dessert we tried the dessert platter, and wow was it good.
The Flan was to die for.
Overall a fantastic evening.

The staff are extremely accommodating and super friendly! Food had quite big portions (the lady did warn us that we had ordered quite a bit, which was nice of her!)
