First Booking Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Offer applies only to a customer's first booking with First Table.

Claim Window

To use the First Booking Guarantee, requests must be submitted via customer support within 7 days of the dining date.

Form of Resolution

Approved claims will receive a First Table account credit equal to the booking fee paid. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for monetary reimbursement.

Credit Validity

Issued account credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and will be applied to the customer's First Table account.

Exclusions

This guarantee applies solely to the First Table booking fee. It does not cover, credit, or reimburse food, beverage, restaurant bills, tips, or any venue-side expenses. Standard cancellation terms apply for missed or user-cancelled bookings.

Fair Use

First Table reserves the right to deny claims in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of First Table's general Terms of Service.

Duration

First Table reserves the right to modify or terminate the First Booking Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
