Service was friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, especially the entrees - we shared a pork belly and a mussels in white wine. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

The place is nice with a lovely view, we got a great table right at the window overlooking the water. The staff were friendly and gave fantastic service. We had a bottle of red, the muscles which were delicious, as well as the steak and the chilli crab, which was also really nice. We finished it off with the affogato to share, and it was a fantastic evening out!

We had a lovely table by the window. A lady was playing guitar so good atmosphere.
The seafood platter was brought out by the chef and it was delicious. Whole barramundi and Balmain bugs were great. Best ever platter!

The food at Maccoa was delightful. Simple concepts, executed with elegance and skill, no pretensions. Service was fabulous. Very warm and welcoming staff who were accommodating and made excellent recommendations regarding the menu (if the owner is reading this, the bubbly redhead in particular is a wonderful asset to your team). Atmosphere is understated, and simply stylish, in a cosy space.
We’re very much looking forward to a return visit to sample the breakfast menu.

Dinner was wonderful, Moccoa has a beautiful calm atmosphere. We had lovely service and food was delicious.
We had a bread starter, a main each with a couple of sides then a dessert each and left extremely full.
Looking forward to trying breakfast next.

Wow! What an amazing find. My husband and I shared our first First Table dining experience here and absolutely loved our evening. The service and meal were of both high quality at Maccoa's. The food was amazing and full of flavour, it was their first night of the winter menu and we very much enjoyed every element of our dinning experience. We will definitely be back again soon.

What a treat. Fantastic location slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of Terrigal itself, and the views can not be compared.
Our meals were simply delightful with flavours to tempt anybody’s tastebuds. Ima drinks menu that is perfect, to accompany a gorgeous meal, and we were complete. Highly recommend to other couples, families and group booking occasions.

Great location overlooking Terrigal lagoon with plenty of street parking away from the hustle and bustle yet just a stroll to Central Terrigal. Tasteful decor with lovely views over the lagoon and beach. The maître’d was hospitality +, attentative ensuring all diners were happy with their food and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, generous servings and we were spoilt for choice. We’ll be back.

Overall experience was good. Service was a bit slow but we understand they had a new person. Food was average, it could improve on flavor a bit more.

The food was very nice, particularly our desserts, and the service was prompt and friendly.
We were a little disappointed that the menu did not resemble what is published on First Table as we were anticipating and looking forward to particular dishes which were not available, and menu was much more limited. Locals night deal was also not an option (Friday night) despite being advised on the phone before I made the booking that it was available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
However, overall it was a pleasant evening with a lovely view overlooking Terrigal Lagoon and good food.
