This restaurant weaves culinary magic with the time-honoured cooking technique of smoking. Meats are flavoured, coloured and slowly cooked in the venue’s four-metre smoking room. Notes of apple, cherry, plum and hickory add depth of flavour to the already sumptuous produce.

Brisket, steak, pork belly, chicken, lamb, sausage… the list of meats shows how diverse this cooking process can be. Vegetables also benefit from this gentle treatment, from the complementary smoked sweet potato chips to the fiery jalapeno poppers

This homage to the technique of smoking is not limited to the food. The bar is a whisky lover’s delight, with beverages featuring smoked fruits and paying homage to classic cocktails as well as letting new recipes shine.
