Specialising in cuisine from all over India, Cinnamon Cafe & Indian Restaurant is oh-so sweet.

Indian restaurants aren't exactly known for their café vibes, but that's where this neat spot differs. Imagine a millennial café awash with spices and other glorious smells. Think exposed brickwork, playful hanging pictures and an informal bar. And did we mention the food?

Settle in with some delicious starters like some classic onion bhajis or samosas stuffed with yummy potato and peas. Vegetarians will rejoice at the numerous meat-free offerings like aaloo mattar and kadai paneer that's best served with some fluffy rice or naan.

Meat lovers will also love the korma that comes with either chicken, beef, lamb or prawns and the mysore chilli that that is vibrant with ginger and curry leaves. Alternatively try a south Indian speciality like a crispy dosa or an indian pizza that's served with a coconut and lentil soup. Fancy that!

We had our first First Table experience at Cinnamon last night. The service was spot on - very attentive without being intrusive, and a pleasant smile to go with it. The food was exceptionally good. I fussed about spiciness when ordering so we were given food with no chilli at all. The flavours were amazing. They have 4 "hot" levels, so I'm sure they would cater for all tastes. This was my first dining experience at Cinnamon. I will certainly be back.
