I loved my entree of roasted cauliflower volute with 3 delicious, plump seared scallops. The scallops were tasty and beautifully seared. The cauliflower soup was warm and hearty. Apparently it was the first week of their new winter menu. Great dish.
Make sure you try some of their roasted garlic bread; I think it’s the best bread I’ve EVER had, anywhere.

Really happy with our first experience. We booked through Firsttable for my birthday and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Our server was Steph and she did an amazing job. The entrees were a great start but I have to say my Lamb Rump was cooked just the way I liked. We were even surprised with a birthday treat. French cooking done simply and delicious. Thankyou Steph for making my birthday dinner a great evening !

What a great start; we were each given a delicious capsicum appetizer. Our scallops were great; the caramelized garlic bread was amazing. My husband loved his fish and I loved my orange and polenta dessert. Yum. We'll be back.

That was a great night for us as we celebrated early mother’s day. But the most satisfied person is my 7 yr old daughter instead of my mum coz she like the dish so much especially the bread. The Barramundi cook perfectly just only the duck was a bit over cook. The lamb shank was so good. We end will too full until we have to take away the lamb shank. Thanks lot with the surprise for the cream brulee which ended our dinner so well. I’m sure will be return soon.

The restaurant was light filled and airy with few patrons but we were placed on a small table against the wall when larger tables were available which was odd. We were disappointed with the lunch menu since we had initially planned to go for dinner and checked this menu out first; and then changed to go for lunch. The lunch menu is very cafe style for Lunch and more restaurant style for dinner. It was our fault for not double checking menus first. Anyway, we were aware of not being able to choose the beef filet but there were two further options off the lunch menu which we only found out after we had decided on these. This left little choice for us aside from quiche or sandwiches. I chose the spaghettini and my husband had the salmon fish cakes. We also had a side Salad. The side salad was of a good size and well dressed but the fish cakes were mostly potato. The serve was for only two fish cakes which for $25 is over priced. We felt both mains lacked spice and were quite bland. Overall the meal was pleasant but at full price, I wouldn’t have been happy with the quality. The spaghetti I had a good amount of fish but lacked flavour or spice. It was a nice touch at the end of the meal as we were given complementary creme brûlée, maybe dinner would have been a better experience.

First time at Bitton and with the first table opportunity we did not restrict our appetites with the food on offer.
Service was excellent and the food refreshingly delicious with good presentation and quality which is rare for Oatley.
Onion soup a good entree and traditionally French, Duck very tasty with sauces that enhanced taste, scallops exquisite and snapper perfectly cooked crusty skin and moist. Ratatouille a stand out.
First Table opportunity a delight for value.

2 years since last visit ,room with floor tiles still, so cool autumn night need some warm, but the amuse bouche of cold rice paper roll too boring, onion soup not bad, rocket salad too wet, mussels good value, half roast duck serve confit style, nice flavour can be more tender, decent wine choices, high point is the free creme brulee, classic taste.
