This modern restaurant takes pride in placing quality Australian ingredients on the menu, letting our local flavours sing.

Share a small plate of kingfish carpaccio or cauliflower fritters, then indulge in a dish from the rotisserie, such as the Bannockburn chook. Add a wood-fired element to your meal with locally caught fish, or why not try the lamb rump?

Dessert is also available, with dishes including a decadent chocolate torte and a refreshing stone-fruit pavlova.

Complement your meal with one of the many beers and wines available, and don’t forget to indulge in the restaurant’s namesake, a sherry (or, as they call it, an apera) after dinner.
