Cuisine: A La Carte, Burgers, Modern Australian
Price Point: Mains from $15 - $30

Be visually inspired as you dine at Vivarium, a modern Australian restaurant located in Sydney’s Enmore.

You'll feel at one with nature as you enter a room draped in vibrant, green plant life. White walls feature bark-like strips, with mesh light shades that could almost be comprised of an intricate sequence of twigs. It’s as if the whole venue is a rainforest and you’re a lucky explorer.

This focus on the environment continues through to the menu. Salads are available, with many diners raving about the house speciality, the Vivarium salad, featuring green tea soba noodles and wasabi peas.

The small plates menu is perfect for sharing, with fish tacos and house-made guacamole being popular options. Or, for those looking for something meatier to sink their teeth into, try one of the burgers, with flavours as unique as the rest of the venue.

With this focus on nature, it’s not surprising the Vivarium team make their own sodas that feature some of our planet’s finest. From mint, cucumber and basil to lychee and rose, the list reads more like a decadent cocktail exploration than a simple soft drink menu. You'll be spoiled for choice.

Lovely restraint, with a small front facing section looking out to the very lively street life
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very proud of their restaurant
The food was great. The 3 Starters we had, (lotus chips, salt and pepper squid and Fish taco’s were so good and plentiful
The mains were the just as good, Seafood Peilla Wagyu burger and Japanese Chicken burger were great.
Followed by Sticky date pudding and Panacotta a great meal
I would highly recommend this restaurant when attending a show at the Enmore theatre
