Jersey Rd. Bistro ‘JRB’, serves fresh and modern bistro dishes which showcase the very best of Australian produce, fresh ingredients and modern cooking techniques. The contemporary bistro’s cuisine is light, relaxed and ideal for a low-key mid-week meal, a business lunch or an intimate dinner for two.

Formerly a successful Italian trattoria, 2017 saw JRB’s transition into a bistro with a truly Australian flavour, whilst maintaining the same high standards in cooking and service.

Head Chef Noel Phear has created JRB’s very own rooftop urban garden bursting with seasonal herbs and organic vegetables including pea shoots, heirloom tomatoes, heirloom radish, mint and basil, all used throughout his menu. Expect crunchy red cabbage crackers, mouth-watering grilled octopus and fried kipfler potatoes ideal shared between two, or with a small group of dear friends.

As evening turns to night-time, JRB’s extensive wine and beer lists cater for all – but for a night that sparkles, look no further than the champagne cocktail list.
