Take in majestic views of the Megalong Valley whilst indulging in a delicious range of entrees, mains and desserts at The Wintergarden.

This iconic historic building exudes grandeur, with an ornate open fireplace and elegant décor and furnishings. Large windows ensure plenty of natural light and great views.

The menu, created by Head Chef Mate Herceg and his team, focuses on a regional dining experience. You’ll be tempted by entrees made with locally sourced produce like venison tartare, smoked South Windsor duck breast and pickled heirloom beetroot with Jannei goat curd. On the main menu, there’s potato gnocchi with roasted butter pumpkin, Oberon organic lamb saddle and blue eye cod with curried cauliflower cream.

The menu is complemented by specially selected Australian and imported wines and a wide range of beers, spirits, liqueurs, coffees, teas, seasonal cocktails and mocktails.
