One of the best pastas we have had for a long time. Fresh seafood and al- dente pasta. Gnocchi was fluffy. Dessert was spectacular too. Had a great nite. Bright and airy restaurant, would definately come back.

Lovely staff. Very attentive and helpful. Arancini balls perfection. And the raspberry dessert so refreshing. Sadly Not so keen on the lamb dish. The foam and puree had little flavour and the sowpeas and asparagras where a bit tasteless. Lamb was great however. Lovely atmosphere and would return for sure for the arachini balls xx

Thank you Julio’s for not only a wonderful meal but for great service. We enjoyed a cheese plate and lasagna croquettes to start, and followed with the squid ink pasta for the husband and 12 hour slow cooked lamb for me. We could not fault the meals... delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend and will visit again ourselves.

We had our great night to celebrate our anniversary. From appetiser, main course, to dessert, everything was perfect. As we are pasta-lovers, we ordered Nera and Cannellone - homemade pasta with seafoods which are so yummy! If you’re someone who love great atmosphere and interior design, this is the place you shouldn’t miss. We were been told that this building was built more than a century ago. We are also amazed by the great customer service. We were well taken by the staff despite of how busy the restaurant was. Highly recommended!

What a lovely restaurant the rustic exposed beams and raw material alongside grand timber fireplaces and stairs created a very cosy place. Staff were friendly and attentive we shared bruschetta and olives for entree and they were delicious. We each had a different pasta for main and all were lovely but my squid ink pasta with seafood won that course. Then finished with 3 wonderful desserts with the winning dessert being the flourless lemon and almond cake with lemon sorbet. Highly recommended.

First Table is a great concept that allows you to try a restaurant affordably.
Julio's has revamped their style since our last visit several years ago and the place looks fantastic. The menu had a good range and our table of four had a wonderful time.
I had the squid ink pasta which was delicious. My husband had the fried seafood and my son had the gnocchi - both very good too. My daughter's vegetarian spinach and ricotta pasta was disappointing for her, as she found it rather bland.
The standout for the evening were the desserts, which were outstandingly good.
We wouldn't hesitate to return, or recommend. A thumbs up!.

So glad me & my girlfriends chose this restaurant, the food was great & delicious, steak cooked to perfection & the mushroom arancini were ot of this world~ but what made the night even better was the awesome service we received from Dee & his team! Thank you for being so accommodating & provided us with a fantastic customer service which is so often hard to find these days! A special mention too to our waitress for the night, Rebecca, she looked after us so well!! Thanks for a wonderful night enjoyed by us all!! We’ll definitely be back!

First time in Perth we trying out different restaurants. So far not disappointed. Julios has great food great service easy parking.
Highly recommend this restaurant.

After reading reviews on Google on the location and building itself, I was expecting the venue to be quaint and a bit more rustic – Julio’s ended up to be part of an adjacent hotel, which made locating it a bit tricky. We arrived slightly earlier but was let and sat anyways. The wait staff were polite and accommodating (despite having my 5 year old toddler running around!)

We ordered the ravioli, grilled chicken and the kids meatball meal. I have to say the meal was fantastic. The ravioli was cooked to perfection, paired with the rich sauce flavour that felt heavy in the mouth (in a good way). The chicken was succulent and has an earthy and nutty seasoning.

Overall an amazing experience, although paying for the bill took a while (apparently because if you booked through First Table – you had to queue up at the cashiers and not pay at your table).

The food was good. We had the linguine, it was yum. The fish of the day was a bit disappointing since it was placed on a mash and sauce, it was a very simple dish for $35. That's all. We had the lasagne croquette, they were good too. Overall the food is good :)

Nice setting, great food but portions a bit small for me.

Food was delicious, highly recommend the steak and the squid ink pasta. Service was pretty good but could be taken a step higher.

Seafood plate or "fritto" was very average and pasta was okay. Being early you would expect prompt service but instead we were waiting to be seated and waiting for our wine to be brought over

As always top quality food in a beautiful setting, can’t fault it!

We tried First Table for the first time and we weren’t disappointed. Julio’s was a great venue with friendly staff.

It was hard to narrow down what we wanted to eat from their menu as it all sounded delicious. In the end we chose a selection of dishes to share and we were treated to some amazing flavours.

Make sure you try the dessert menu as well, it’s the perfect way to end what is already a fantastic meal.

This was our first visit and we will defiantly be back. Great friendly service and all of our food was delicious. The timing between courses exactly right and they were quick to offer another drink. We can highly recommend Agnello as a main.

The food was delicious and the service even better! I had the chicken main meal and I found that it was only slightly lacking in flavour. Other than that though, everything was perfect!

It's our first "First Table" experience at Julio's though we've been there a couple of times. With the great offer of 50% off food, we could order more appetising food items than we normally do as it's quite pricey there. We ordered the Salumi platter for the entree, which was nice to pair with ciabatta bread. Then the two mains, the slow cooked lamb scotch fillet (Angello) and beef cheek ravioli pasta were decently cooked with a nice touch of pea puree and truffle oil. Probably one of the best dishes of the night was the seafood salad (Dal Mare al Fresco). Originally we thought it looked kind of plain as all the ingredients looked kind of too clean to us but they did all taste fresh, well-seasonbled and not overpowering. So we're happy with this selection.

The wine we ordered (my partner, pinot noir, and me, moscato) were decent but we just hoped that the serving portion could've been a bit more as the wine price list is on the expensive side. If they had the happy hour as the other restaurants (e.g., Garum), that would have put Julio's on the map.

All in all, a pleasant dining experience.

Service was slow and mains portions small and the lamb main full of fat.(1st table discount price was all it was worth). Not the Julio's of old

The food was absolutely on point, entrees, lamb, pasta and desserts!
Brilliant food, wonderful experience, friendly staff. Easy free streetside parking.

At first we found the décor a little cold, but Julio's soon won us over - firstly due to the warm and attentive yet unobtrusive wait staff, and then due to the food, lovingly prepared by a talented chef.
I chose the Nera - this was wonderful squid ink tagliolini with prawns, fish, squid and tomatoes. The flavours were robust and deliciously complementary. My dining companion chose the prawn and crab mousse cannellone, which was both complex and subtle. Beautiful.
We couldn't resist sweets - and were so glad we didn't! My companion had a delightful flourless cake with lemon sorbet, and I had the to-die-for panna cotta with yogurt gelato and pear. We left the restaurant smiling.

Food was great! Had the aranchini and cannelloni and the flavours were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dessert we had the mousse with berry gelato and it was delicious as well. Would definitely go back... suitable for family and friends +/- kids.

We had an amazing dinner at Julio's! The food could not be faulted at all. Our table was for 5:30 but we took our time and enjoyed the food, wine and atmosphere for almost 3 hours. The table service was brilliant, never had to wait to order our next course or next drink. Arancini balls are definitely worth trying! Will be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family.

The food & service was fantastic! All the food didn't take long to be served & all presented perfectly. We kind of wish the yoghurt ice cream served with the pana cota, wasn't made in the restaurant so we could buy a take home tub. We will certainly be back to try more of their meals

Food was great. A little noisy with a group in the corner finishing off christmas drinks but that cant be helped. Service was attentive and friendly. We shared 4 starters which were all tasty and everyone liked their mains.

Particularly recommend the Arancini as a starter - Food is great but the only thing that lets this restaurant down (as with many restaurants in Perth) are wine prices - $68 for a bottle of Prosecco - really?

Amazing food, superb. Gnocchi like little pillows - yum! Everything we tried was very good. Very young staff on the tables and they could definitely have sold more drinks as the service was quite slow but all in all a great night out.

Lovely restaurant, great decor, great service and good serving sizes. Arancini balls were delicious and the scaliatelli (seafood?) pasta was sooo good! I'd get these two again any day. The flavours of the bistecca dish were great but overcooked.
