The Vault On Nelson prides itself on serving exceptional food and wine within a stunning 18th century building. The chefs have created a menu that honours the simplicity of traditional cooking, using natural produce and respecting each ingredient.
Focusing on Australian flavours, with a few Asian-inspired twists, their menu covers a wide range of delicacies. Enjoy gourmet burgers loaded with melt-in-the-mouth pulled pork or truffled mushroom, or try a grass-fed porterhouse steak cooked to your liking. Fresh seafood, slow-cooked meats and salads are also available, as well as a kids and desserts menu.
