The Wine Room’s excellent new chef, Shane, will be showcasing Australian Regional Cuisine sourcing the best of the best from around our great country.
You'll start with a glass of Tempus Two Platinum Sparkling. There will be five courses through the evening and courses will be paired with regional wines. Bring on the New Year with a toast of Chandon Sparkling and ‘build your own’ pavlovas. Bring your friends and enjoy New Years Eve at The Wine Room.
