Without a doubt the staff make this venue a great choice for our family. Staff are friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the Sunday carvery , good variety and self serve means no wasted food for us being small eaters. Highly recommend this venue.

Well we decided to have the Sunday carvery 3 courses
1st soup:: was very bland and tasteless could not eat
2nd main well meat was average and veggies were soggy as they had sat in baymarie for too long
3rd. Desserts I had passion fruit Pavlova was okay my partner had bread and butter pudding that was so poorly made and dry my partner could not eat
This was a disappointing night as we have been here before and the meal was a lot better than we received this time

Enjoyable experience, staff are lovely especially Mary. Meal -I had lambs fry it was cooked perfectly. It was a senior meal but serving was too much for me. My grandson enjoyed pizza he said it was perfect . I definitely love the members draws and raffle opportunities. Will be back on Wednesdays.

We took my 83 year old mum out for dinner and her appetite has been really poor for months. All 3 of us had the 3 course carvery and it was all beautiful. Mum ate the most we have seen in months so that was so good. All. Three of us thoroughly enjoyed all three courses . Look forward to coming back for sure

Lovely staff and atmosphere at North Ballarat sports club. We enjoyed the Sunday carvery . My grandson had the spaghetti and garlic bread which he loved and said nearly has good as his mums bologna sauce and she cooks traditional italian food.

It was a good experience, Lovely view over the oval. Not really anything for kids to do, but they can go outside and play in the stands. Food was delicious.

A great night. Lovely meal, no one could fault the food .The serves are very large and beautifully plated. Chef was excellent at catering for my extremely fussy son . All staff were great. The venue is spacious and clean and the addition of child entertainer doing face painting made my sons night a 10/10.
If we were to point out any negative it would be the tables are small and in regards to first table deal the cake desserts are not included in the deal just so you know, but certainly well worth ordering. If you are not large eaters like our family you might want to ask for half serve we felt guilty that we couldn’t eat so much ,yet my son ate all he was served and he is generally the first to say he is full. We will definitely be returning and recommend this venue to other families.

Upon arriving we were promptly seated and given menus, we chose the Sunday Night carvery which was soup, roast and dessert. All of the food was delicious and staff were really friendly.
